So how sad is it to have a Nintendo DS delivered to my house FREE and not have played it since it arrived A WEEK AGO??

I'm just that busy.....

Horrible start to the new year....

First I get food poisoning last week, this week I got the flu. This sucks royally.
I had a temperature of 103 last night. Seem to be doing much better today. Hopefully I'm over the worst of it...

Anyway we found a house we liked, and we made a bid. Will keep everyone updated!

Honestly... there are days....

..where I just get so tired of covering for people's asses when they mess up. Why do I always have to be the one responsible? Let them clean up their own sh*t.

Oh, my stomache......

Yeah, I ended up with food poisoning yesterday... probably the dinner I had the night before. I have to say, that's the first time I had ever experienced stomache cramping of such painful magnitude. What a GREAT start to the new year.

New Year's Eve was rather quiet and uneventful, we went over to a friend's house, to visit with their new baby, and I learned how to play Texas hold'em Poker :). How times have changed, from when I used to go out and drink and party for New Year's, when the sole purpose of the evening was to get a decent buzz going. Fortunately, those days didn't last very long, considering I was also on a student budget.

Soon, we will be hopefully purchasing a more permanent place to stay, ie a house, and will be starting a family.... I guess those are our goals for 2006.

Being in a marriage, the goals for the New Year are no longer my own, but more of a combination between the two of us. It will be interesting to see how this goes.....
